Tom Bicher was the best teacher I have encountered, either as a pupl or as a teacher and headteacher myself. What happened to him?
Tom Bircher was an inspiring teacher. He made learning the 8 parts of speech and grammatical analysis interesting. What a feat. I watched him perform in plays at the local theatre. As a result of his inspiration, I became a teacher and Headteacher myself. I wondered what happened to him? I think he shared accommodation with Mr. Reynish who was my physics teacher. Another good one.
He went to teach at Glyn Grammar School, Epsom. I was lucky enough to be one of his pupils. So pleased to see that many other people appreciated his ability and character.
